When you arrive at the building, please use the call box to call “rachael.hair” and I will let you in. Take the stairwell on your LEFT to go down to the first floor where I’ll meet you for your appointment.

There is free street parking on Berks st and the surrounding streets. If there is a 2 hour parking sign, please read the posted hours and use your own discretion.

For your appointment

For color appointments please arrive with hair that has been washed within 2 days of when you arrive, free of dry shampoo and other heavy products. Do not use tinted conditioners or shampoos the week prior to your color appointment.

Book accordingly

I recommend giving yourself some extra time around your appointment to fully enjoy the experience. Arrive a few minutes early, relax with a beverage, and leave a little buffer before your next commitment. This way, you can unwind completely, and I can take my time to work at a pace that delivers the best results.

Gratuities

If you’re thrilled with your service and would like to leave a gratuity, cash is preferred. While I deeply appreciate your generosity, I can no longer accept tips via Venmo, as it’s reserved for personal use. If cash isn’t an option, you can add a tip to your credit card, though it may include a small processing fee. Thank you for understanding!
